People might think that we work in technology. But we see it differently. We see our work as helping the organizations eliminate the human drudgery in their operations, so they can free their staff up to do the human work they are best able to do. Doing that takes more than just replacing outdated software or digitizing processes, it means working with our clients to determine how technology can help them operate better and thrive.
Our goal has always been enabling computers to do computer work and people to do people work. Whether in disaster response and recovery, financial services, pharma, federal, state, or local government, everywhere we have worked we have delivered on this promise. From streamlining business processes to expediting disaster response, we partner with our clients to transform the outdated into future-ready, chaos into calm, and obstacles into opportunities.
Over the past twenty-plus years we have assembled a group of professionals — ”superstars” some might say — who approach their work with grounded optimism, favor pragmatism over protocol, and focus on relationships over revenue. We lean into our human strengths and force-multiply it with the very best technical tools and capability, including AI-based solutions where appropriate. We learn our partners’ goals and help them achieve them.
Just as important as the educational credentials, certifications, and bullet points on our resumes is our genuine love of what we do. Simply stated, we free people from work’s day-to-day drudgeries so they can focus on what they do best.
Our Team is Unmatched

Our History
In many respects, our story began in 1996 with the founding of an outsourced email company. In 2000, we found a new home in New Orleans. The city’s distinctive culture aligned with our creativity and its strategic cost advantages spoke to our sense of pragmatism.
In 2003, the company was officially named Carrollton Technology Partners as it expanded its partnership structure. By 2013, the growing company evolved into Carrollton Group and developed distinct divisions to serve different market needs. The Enterprise Services division continued under the Carrollton name, while the software development arm became LookFar, which later separated into LookFar Ventures and LookFar Labs. The latter was acquired by its management team in October 2018.
From then on, we focused on managing complex, large-scale technology implementations. Our portfolio expanded to include significant work on major disaster recovery projects such as the Road Home program and the Deepwater Horizon Economic Claims Center—the largest class-action settlement in U.S. history. We also secured important contracts including work on the 2020 US Census digital transformation, as well as substantial projects for healthcare operations, fintech, and pharmaceutical companies.
Today, Carrollton Enterprise Services continues to deploy no-nonsense, enterprise-wide technology solutions across multiple industries, maintaining our core philosophy of combining superstar talent with a grounded, optimistic approach to solving complex business challenges.
Our Methodology
For more than two decades, we have refined our approach to a simple, but powerful methodology—Unearth → Envision → Execute.
We begin every journey with a deep curiosity about your world. Our seasoned team doesn’t just ask questions, we dive deep into your organization’s DNA. Afterall, the best technology solutions emerge only when we truly understand the humans they’ll serve. The main focus of this phase is always requirements gathering and analysis.
Armed with rich insights about your people and processes, we chart the path forward. This is where our decades of collective wisdom meets your organizational ambitions. This phase is all about planning our approach and designing the solution.
Here is where our brand of magic comes to life. We’re not just implementing technology— we’re elevating human potential. This phase includes:
- Implementation
- Testing
- Deployment
Over the next 20 years, as the technology evolves to meet the changing needs of humans it serves, our approach will too.
